Hi,
I am interested in taking this tour 4-13 August 2013. i will be arriving a day early (staying at the howard johnson) and staying a day after (at the comfort suite in rosemead). Can i please ask:
x Will the LAX transfer be ok to those extension hotels?
x When do i need to provide my flight details?
x Will the tour pick me up from the howard johnson? or will i have to make my way to a different hotel?
x i want to do the vega night tour, do we book that on the day? or now?
x i'd like to see a show at vegss, am i ok to book that online seperately?
thanks in advance for your help,
annette
The airport transfers in from LAX are only available on the first day of the tour. We can add on early transfers for an additional $30.00 only if you choose to book your pre tour extensions at the same hotel used for the first night of the package.
These are the main 2 hotels used for this tour in the Los Angeles county area are:
Simply include comments to book extensions at the same tour hotel when placing your order online to allow us to add on extensions to your package at the same property used for the first night on tour.
You can provide us with your flight information immediately after we notify you that your space on the tour is confirmed.
For any optional tours, such as the Las Vegas night tour, you will simply have to sign up for the tour with the guide as we will not be able to pre arrange any of the optional tours for you.
Please arrange any Vegas shows after we confirm the tour as we can better advise you of the best date you can do the show (ideal date to allow for free time to do the show is on your first night in Vegas, but you might have to forgo the Vegas sightseeing)
My friend and I will be departing from Las Vegas (with our travel luggages) but for an end point, we would like to be dropped off at Los Angeles, is this possible?
Also, how long is the helicopter session? I can see that the boat is for 30 mins. If we would like to do helicopter and boat session, do we need to mention this when we make the booking?
Thank you
This tour will end in Los Angeles on the last day, and you can join in Las Vegas, and end the tour in Los Angeles. The main drop off location in Los Angeles is in Chinatown.
Please include the location in Los Angeles you will want to end closest to in the comments section when placing your order online to allow us to suggest alternative drop off options for you in Los Angeles other than Chinatown.
We cannot pre arrange the helicopter ride, and you will simply have to inform the tour guide on tour if you wish to join the different available attractions offered.
Please consult with the tour guide regarding the length of the helicopter session, as it may vary depending on available helicopter tours at the time. Generally the helicopter ride will last for about 15-25 minutes.
The major difference between both parks is that Disneyland offers more of the traditional Disney classic themed attractions while California Adventures has the latest rides like roller coasters and features the more current themed attractions.
Hi, Just want to ask how much it would cost to take this tour if there are 11 of us on Aug. 9. 2013? Is the price inclusive of the hotel accommodation?
Thank you
You are receiving a 5% group discount for groups of 10 or more as well as every 2 tickets you purchase you will be receiving the 3rd one free (as long as all passangers stay in one room) which you will be receiving 3 guests for free and only purchasing 8 tickets.
Your total reservation cost includes the hotel accommodation for 2 nights.
Below I provided you with a link to what the package includes and excludes:
how much is the entrance fee to the west rim of the grand canyon? So the fee would be $109 plus entrance? What would be the total for this tour in june. How hot is it in the grand canyon this time of year?
Hi, I will be travelling with my husband and 2 children (ages 12 and 17) and I was wondering if we could get a quad share hotel room or whether we have to get 2 hotel rooms. If we have to get 2 hotel rooms, will the rooms be next to each other and can one room have double accommodation and the other twin accommodation? Also, I am assuming that as there is 4 of us, the tour will go ahead definitely?
Thanks for your help.
